500g wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Mix flour and sugar in a bowl
Add softened butter to the flour mixture and cream together
Fold in chocolate chips
Roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden
Cool slightly before transferring to a rack
Serve at room temperature
