5 cups baby spinach
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Combine spinach, strawberries, red onion, feta and bacon in large bowl.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
4. Gently toss and serve immediately.
