8 small flour tortillas

½ head romaine lettuce, chopped

1 tbsp smoked paprika (bacon substitute)
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Divide into 8 equal portions. Heat avocado oil in a skillet. Sear chicken patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
Warm tortillas in the oven or on a skillet. Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing. Assemble tacos by layering chicken, dressed romaine, Parmesan, and a sprinkle of smoked paprika for a bacon-like flavor.
