1 pound lean ground beef (85-90%)
1 (13.8 oz) tube refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving 1 inch border.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning over meat mixture.
Starting at the wide end, roll dough into a tight log; cut into 8 equal slices.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, seam sides down. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden.

Notes

Use a rolling pin to flatten roll-ups slightly for even baking.
