1 (3 ounce) box orange jello
1 cup boiling water
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Pinch of salt
2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
1.5 cups powdered sugar, divided
2 cups heavy whipping cream
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 orange, optional
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a bowl for the crust. Press half into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Dissolve orange jello in 1 cup boiling water, then pour over the crust. Chill for 1 hour to set.
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator.
Whip heavy cream, remaining 0.5 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
