This Mickey waffle recipe brings the Disney park magic to your home—crispy edges, fluffy center, and that iconic shape that makes breakfast feel special.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups buttermilk (room temp)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tbsp malted milk powder
Instructions
1. Preheat your Mickey waffle maker.
2. Whisk dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, then add buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry, stir until just mixed.
5. Lightly spray waffle iron with oil.
6. Pour about 1/2 cup batter into each mold.
7. Close lid and cook for 2.5 to 4 minutes.
8. Remove and cool waffles on a rack before serving.
Notes
Add mini chocolate chips or fruit for fun variations. Freeze leftovers in layers separated by parchment.
