1 lb (450g) sirloin or flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil for steak

1 tsp smoked paprika for steak
½ tsp cumin for steak
Salt and black pepper to taste for steak
2 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil for potatoes
1 tsp paprika for potatoes
