4 salmon fillets, boneless and skinless
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons light olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 lime, cut into wedges

1. Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl to make the glaze.
2. Season salmon fillets and dredge lightly in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Brush glaze over one side of the salmon and place it glazed-side down in the pan.
5. Brush glaze over the top side of the salmon.
6. Cook for about 3 minutes until the glaze caramelizes.
7. Flip the salmon and cook another 3–4 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salmon and garnish with chopped chives before serving.
Cook salmon over medium heat to avoid burning the honey glaze.
There is no need to marinate the salmon beforehand.
Use wild-caught salmon such as coho, king, or sockeye for best flavor.
