Refreshing hibiscus strawberry lemonade made with real fruit and fresh lemon juice.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add hibiscus tea bags (or dried flowers). Let steep for 5–7 minutes depending on how strong you like it. Remove tea bags or strain, then allow the tea to cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Strawberry PuréeWash and slice the strawberries, then blend them with 1/4 cup of the cooled hibiscus tea until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
Step 3: Combine EverythingIn a pitcher, mix the remaining hibiscus tea, strawberry purée, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir well until fully combined.
Step 4: Adjust FlavorTaste and adjust as needed—add more maple syrup for sweetness or more lemon juice for extra tartness.
Step 5: ServePour over ice and garnish with fresh strawberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves for a refreshing finish.
