4 Hawaiian rolls
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Optional: Sliced tomatoes or crispy bacon
1. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half without cutting all the way through.
2. Butter the insides of each roll.
3. Fill with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
4. Add tomatoes or bacon if desired.
5. Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
