16 oz chicken breast tenderloins
1 tbsp olive oil divided
170 g nonfat Greek yogurt (Fage or unsweetened alternative)
2 cloves garlic, minced
83 g red onion, roughly chopped
1 cup basil, fresh and packed
1 cup cilantro, fresh and packed
1/2 cup mint, fresh and packed
3 tbsp dill, fresh and chopped
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

Remove chicken skin and cut tenderloins as desired
In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, red onion, herbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to form the Green Goddess sauce
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Sear chicken in the pan until golden (4-5 minutes per side)
Place chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over it
Serve immediately with warm bread or salad

Notes

Greek yogurt brand is flexible—ensure unsweetened
Herbs can be adjusted based on preference
Add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness (optional)
