Crispy, flaky bombs filled with savory cheeseburger mixture, garlic-herb butter, and melted American cheese. A fun twist on classic flavors for appetizers or meals.
Ground beef (80/20)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Salt
Black pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Refrigerated biscuit dough (12 rounds)
American cheese (6 slices, cut into quarters)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Unsalted butter
Garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place a biscuit dough round on a tray and add 1-2 tbsp beef mixture, then top with a quartered American cheese slice.
Fold dough over the filling, seal edges, and place on a baking sheet.
In a saucepan, warm 3 tbsp butter, then stir in 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp parsley. Brush garlic butter over bombs.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden.
Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
Use a meat tenderizer to press dough for even size.
Store uncooked bombs in the freezer (up to 1 month). Thaw and add 2-3 minutes to bake time.
For a vegan version, substitute Beyond Meat crumbles and vegan cheese.
