Ingredients

Scale

20 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli
2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Vegetable or canola oil for frying
Marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

Whisk the eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl until well combined.
In a separate shallow bowl, mix the Italian breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
Press the ravioli into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated on both sides.
Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F.
Fry the ravioli in small batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately while warm with a side of marinara sauce.

Notes

If using frozen ravioli, thaw completely before breading to ensure even cooking. Add a teaspoon of garlic powder to the breadcrumb mixture for an extra flavor boost. Ensure oil is kept at a consistent temperature to prevent the ravioli from becoming greasy.
