1 lb shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley
1. Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Cook shrimp in olive oil 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Remove shrimp and set aside.
4. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
5. Add chicken broth and simmer.
6. Stir in cream, seasoning, and Parmesan.
7. Return shrimp and coat in sauce.
8. Garnish and serve.
Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
Do not overcook shrimp.
