Chicken Club Pasta Salad is a creamy pasta salad made with rotini pasta, tender chicken, fresh vegetables, cheese, and a flavorful dressing.
2 cups corkscrew pasta
1/2 cup Italian-style dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
4 slices turkey bacon cooked and chopped
1 cup Muenster cheese cubed
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup green bell pepper chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 avocado diced
1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente then drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Whisk Italian dressing and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
3. Add cooled pasta, chicken, turkey bacon, cheese, celery, bell pepper, tomatoes and avocado.
4. Toss gently until everything is coated with dressing.
5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Add avocado just before serving for the freshest flavor. The salad can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
