3 cups masa harina corn flour
2 cups water
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup queso fresco crumbled
1. Combine masa harina, water, and salt in a large bowl. Stir together.
2. Knead the dough until soft, smooth, and moist. Add water as needed.
3. Cover and let rest 15 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella and queso fresco.
5. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each into a disc.
