Ingredients

Scale

25 lb chicken thighs boneless skinless

3/4 cup soy sauce low-sodium

1/3 cup chicken broth

2 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated

2 teaspoons garlic minced

Instructions

2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat grill to medium heat and remove chicken from marinade.

4. Grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side, brushing with reserved marinade while cooking.

5. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before serving.

Notes

Always reserve marinade before adding raw chicken.

Chicken thighs stay juicier than chicken breasts.

Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 4 months.
