Ingredients

Scale

1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

Cut the salmon fillets into even, bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a separate small bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove salmon from heat, toss with the prepared sauce, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh Atlantic or Sockeye salmon for the best results. You can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter, tangier sauce. These bites can also be cooked in an air fryer at 400°F for 6-8 minutes.
