Description

This Tres Leches Brownie Cake combines a fudgy brownie base with a rich tres leches soak and a cloud of whipped cream. It’s moist, chocolatey, and irresistibly easy.


Ingredients

BROWNIES

1 box Store-bought brownie mix

3 Eggs

1/2 cup Melted butter (or oil)

1/4 cup Water

TRES LECHES FILLING

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1 cup Whole Milk

1 (14 oz) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING

2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

23 Tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven according to box directions.

2. Grease a 9×13 casserole dish and set aside.

3. Mix brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and water.

4. Bake according to box instructions.

5. Cool for 10–15 minutes after baking.

6. Poke holes all over the surface with a fork.

7. Whisk together heavy cream, milk, condensed milk, and vanilla.

8. Slowly pour over the brownies.

9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

10. Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

11. Spread whipped cream on top.

12. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.


Notes

Serve cold for best texture.

Make ahead and chill overnight for deeper flavor.

Garnish with fruit or drizzle with cajeta for a fun twist.
