Description

Smash Burger Bowl packed with crispy beef, melty cheese, golden potatoes, and creamy special sauce. A quick, customizable comfort meal perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

2 cups red potatoes, diced

1 onion, diced

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Optional: pickles, lettuce

Instructions

1. Dice potatoes and air fry at 400°F for 16–18 minutes until crispy.

2. Cook diced onions in a skillet over medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes until caramelized.

3. Increase heat and cook ground beef, pressing it into the pan for crispy edges, about 5–7 minutes.

4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning to make the sauce.

5. Assemble bowl with potatoes, beef, onions, cheese, and drizzle sauce on top.

6. Add optional toppings like pickles and lettuce, then serve.

Notes

Use lean beef for lighter option.

Let beef sit undisturbed for best crust.

Store components separately for meal prep.

Adjust Cajun seasoning for spice level.
