Ingredients
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 slices crusty bread
Fresh herbs (optional)
Extra honey for drizzle
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Toss strawberries with honey, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
3. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
