Description
Crispy roasted cabbage steaks seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika. Easy healthy vegan side dish.
Ingredients
1 large cabbage
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Slice cabbage into 3/4-inch steaks.
3. Mix oil and seasonings.
4. Brush both sides of cabbage.
5. Roast 25-30 minutes flipping halfway.
6. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Keep core intact to hold steaks together.
Do not overcrowd pan for crisp edges.
