Description
Pineapple banana bread is a super moist quick bread made with ripe bananas and crushed pineapple for a delicious tropical twist.
Ingredients
3 bananas overripe
20 oz crushed pineapple drained
1/2 cup butter melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl
3. Mix in pineapple and melted butter
4. Add eggs sugars and vanilla
5. Stir in baking soda
6. Add flour and mix until combined
7. Transfer batter to loaf pan
8. Bake 55 to 65 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
9. Cool 10 minutes then slice
