Description

A playful dessert inspired by nachos, made with crispy sugar cookie chips topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, fruit, and candy for a fun and shareable treat.

Ingredients

Scale

1 roll sugar cookie dough 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Whipped cream or vanilla frosting Chocolate syrup or caramel sauce Fresh diced strawberries Mini marshmallows Sprinkles or candy toppings of choice

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Roll sugar cookie dough thin (about ⅛ inch). 3. Cut dough into triangle-shaped chips. 4. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 5. Bake 8–10 minutes or until golden. 6. Cool completely on a wire rack. 7. Arrange cookie chips on a platter. 8. Top with whipped cream or frosting. 9. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel. 10. Add fruit, candy, and marshmallows. 11. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

Prepare cookie chips up to 2 days ahead and store in an airtight container. Add toppings right before serving to keep cookies crisp. Create a nacho cookie bar so guests can build their own.
