Juicy chicken baked with feta and finished with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze. A bold, easy dinner ready in 40 minutes.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup hot honey
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2: Prepare chicken
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
Step 3: Sear chicken
Heat olive oil and sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side.
Step 4: Add honey
Drizzle 1/4 cup hot honey over chicken.
Step 5: Add feta
Top with crumbled feta.
Step 6: Bake
Bake 15–20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Step 7: Finish
Drizzle remaining hot honey.
Step 8: Garnish
Top with parsley and serve.
