3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 cup blueberries
Instructions
Step 1: Make buttermilk
Mix milk and vinegar and let sit for 2 minutes.

Whisk flour sugar baking powder baking soda and salt.

Add egg milk and butter and mix gently.
