Description

These Mickey churro waffles are soft, buttery, and coated in cinnamon sugar—perfect for brunch or Disney-themed mornings.


Ingredients

1 ½ cups Golden Malted waffle mix

1 egg

2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter

1 cup water or milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Churro Coating

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tbsp melted butter

Optional Toppings

Whipped cream

Caramel or dulce de leche

Fresh fruit or berries

Maple syrup


Instructions

1. Preheat waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions.

2. In a bowl, whisk together waffle mix, egg, water, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray and pour in batter.

4. Cook waffles until golden and crisp, about 3–5 minutes.

5. Brush hot waffles immediately with melted butter.

6. In a shallow bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
