Description

Chewy, cinnamon-sweet protein bars inspired by churros—easy to make, high in protein, and perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup oat flour

1 scoop caramel churro protein powder

1/4 cup almond butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Pinch of salt

Topping: 1 tbsp monk fruit + 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. Stir in wet ingredients until a dough forms.

3. Press into a lined loaf pan.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping.

5. Chill for 1–2 hours, then slice.


Notes

Sub almond flour for low carb.

Use plant protein for vegan option.

Store chilled up to 1 week.
