A fun and easy Easter Bunny Charcuterie Board made with cheese, cured meats, fruit, nuts, and herbs for a festive spring appetizer.
Ingredients
1 cup cheddar cubes
1 cup brie or soft cheese
1 cheese ball or herb cheese round
12 oz salami slices
6 oz prosciutto
6 oz ham slices
1 cup strawberries
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup mixed nuts
Crackers or bread slices
Fresh rosemary or thyme
Edible flowers optional
Instructions
1. Arrange ingredients on a large board to outline a bunny shape
2. Use salami and cheese to create the bunny face
3. Layer meats and cheese to form the bunny ears
4. Fill the body with cheeses, fruits, olives, and nuts
5. Add salami roses and extra cheese for decoration
6. Garnish with herbs and edible flowers
7. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving
