Ingredients
For the Cod
1 lb fresh cod fillets
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
For the Tacos
8 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup diced tomatoes
½ cup diced mango (optional)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 avocado, sliced
¼ cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese
Lime wedges for serving
For the Creamy Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon honey
Juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
Season cod with spices, oil, and lime juice.
Mix yogurt, mayo, hot sauce, honey, lime juice, and garlic for sauce.
Cook cod in skillet 3–4 minutes per side.
Warm tortillas in skillet.
Assemble tacos with fish, toppings, and sauce.
