Description

Creamy and refreshing avocado popsicles made with ripe avocados, sweetened condensed milk, and lime. A healthier, naturally sweet frozen treat perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe avocados (Hass recommended)

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup whole milk or coconut milk

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a blender.

2. Add the condensed milk, regular or coconut milk, lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Blend the mixture until completely smooth and creamy.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.

5. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight.

7. To release, run the molds under warm water and gently remove the popsicles.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use coconut condensed milk and plant-based milk.

Add flavors like matcha, mango, or mint for variety.

Store popsicles in molds or wrap in wax paper and freeze in an airtight bag for up to 2 weeks.
