This air fryer pineapple recipe caramelizes juicy pineapple rings in minutes using brown sugar, butter, and warming spices. It’s sweet, quick, and family-approved.
Ingredients
8 slices pineapple (core removed)
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of cardamom (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, toss pineapple with melted butter, brown sugar, and spices.
3. Place slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Serve warm with glaze spooned on top.
Notes
Add chili powder or lime juice for a tangy-spicy twist.
